crahing and unable to return to game

i crashed with a message about a connection probule saying ervers might be offline ect...and tryed several time to relog with same results i crash to desktop and get that message.

same here... had now like 30 attemps to go back into game. always says that theres a communication problem... blah...

was hunting in doom and lost teto, i crashed shortly after... I sent in a ticket about it

Glad to know I'm not the only one...lol...same symptoms, as well: communication failure, first, and now, cannot connect to servers. Ah, well, I'll send in a ticket and hope for the best!

I just filed a ticket. I cannot log in. I get the following info:

Transport error

Error ID:30
The login process was unsuccessful because the client was unable to connect to any of the player servers/ This occurs when all the player servers are offline, overloaded or there is a network error. Please wait a few minutes and try logging in again .


I have stopped trying to log in cuz all I get is the above message. Anyone else having troubles ? If I posted in wrong area I am sorry.

Still can't get in, but am able to play my other games, so I dont understand whats wrong with istaria.

Yeah, getting the same error. Thought it was on my end, but looks like the server is down.

Yup, see a number of folks reporting the exact same symptoms, down in the 'bugs' area...obviously a problem at the server end....hope they get it fixed soon....

It appears that one of the servers that manages Order has crashed.

Our system admin is on the case.

And by way of an update on the update...

It will take a restart of the shard to fix. ETA is around 2-3 hours, but if it is back online sooner I'll let you know.

lol me too! then I tried to get into lotro, and it wasnt a problem, so then I couldnt figure out what the heck happened. Glad they were on the ball and are able to address this in a very timely manner.
