I'll add my thanks to those who got things back up and running as quickly as they did...even got a very quick reply to the support ticket I submitted, sent to me *while* they were getting the servers back up...kudos to everyone for great work!

Still having the same problem...And I think there is somethign wrong with the Launcher. It's been stuck on "Updating old file list" now for more than 3 hours...
