Plot building question....

I have several buildings and silos on my plot and would like to add stone flooring to the whole plot. My question is will the buildings and silos rise up the level of the floor or will they stay at ground level.

Also, if done, will new buildings and silos be on top of flooring or go to the ground /

You current buildings will be at ground level, so will new structures

Never thought of that. Does that mean buildings can overlap flooring? This could give my plot a whole new aesthetic

Yes, you can have floor under your buildings.

When you plan it, you can see a little green spot in a corner of the element you plan. That have to be free from a structure for it to be planned
