All servers are back online and have been for quite some time so far as I know.

Out of curiosity, was there a specific reason(s) which required the extended maintenance ?

It was well announced that during the maintenance that this would occur:

Announcement Concering Guild Communities
It has recently come to our attention that there are guild community plots on all three shards which are not being reclaimed. These plots are ones which other guilds would like to purchase and the current owner has not played in months while they wait. To make the transition smoother from one guild to another, our plan is to reclaim these plots during the next maintenance. We will also be fixing the procedure which reclaims plots so that all properties will be reclaimed in a more timely manner in the future after Tuesday's maintenance.

If you had been getting notices about the community in which your guild holds property and have not contacted us, please do so immediately. The "master plot" in the community needs to be held for the guild to maintain ownership. Note that if you are "locked out" of the main guild plot, this is a sign that the plot is up for reclaim and you should also contact us before Tuesday's maintenance.
