Expert Cloth Shop Fabric Isle

I recently bought a plot on Fabric Isle. I am looking for help in building this shop. I also put a large vault also in need of some TLC. I would appreciate any help you may offer in resources or funding so we have a shop next to the high end cloth resources.

I'll only help if their is atleast 4-6 silos added and made available to the public. Otherwise... This is just another private plot, that should be built by a single individual.
