Any idea on where to start the quest for Noncas' Bi-Directional Recording and Scanning Device?

possibly with gangaf tagley in dalimond, and you might need to be a high level tinkerer. it's been a long time since i did that one.

I am a lvl 100 Tinkerer and I have spoken to Gangaf, Versanto, Nocas and Finagle none have a quest for me.

Were you in the Tinkerer School when you spoke with the NPC's? Having leveled Tinkerer to 100 may not be enough to trigger the quest.

Also, what level adventurer are you? This came out with the Dralnok's Doom series; you may need to be 100 adventurer and/or have finished portions of the adventure quest line before you can pick up the tinkerer quest.

Awdz thank you I was not in a lvl 100 Adventure Class (and 100 Tink), I switched and Finagle gave me Lost Sunscope Part 1 which is part of what I need, I have been told by others.
