Can't type anything

Hello. I've had an issue that happened to me a few times: I can't type anything. I can still move using the WASD keys, but I can't put any characters into the chat bar, name markers on a map, or anything that requires entering letters.
It happened to me a few times, and I have to exit and return to the game to get rid of this problem. It happened to me at least 5 times, and I would like to know if it has happened to others, or if there is a solution to fix this. Thanks.

It happens to me if I switch between programs like the browser and Istaria. Switching again fixes it.
so from firefox to istaria - can't type
back to firefox and again to Istaria - can type again

This happens to me in windowed mode, if I minimize another window. Expanding the other window again and then clicking back on Istaria resolves it.

I have the same thing happen but changing windows and minimizing and other stuff has not worked for me. I have had to log out and log in again.

I've had a very similar issue when reading an e-mail. Again, Istaria is in Window mode, full screen. I switch over, open an e-mail, read it, close it, and get nothing but beeps when typing in Istaria.

Minimize the Istaria Window. Maximize the Istaria Window. Typing works fine.

Yeah, I get the beeping when I'm listening to a podcast, etc., and when I minimize Istaria and bring it back full size that sound goes away and I can type. But the instances when I just can't type and it's quiet, sometimes I have to relog.

The developers are working on trying to reproduce this, but can't seem to get it to occur. If you can make this happen, please submit a support ticket at https://support.istaria.com with the specific steps (step 1, step 2, etc...) and one of us will get that information to the developers so they can create a fix.
