Why does Order have to wait?

This is a problem that affects 1 Tavern on 1 Shard (Order). An attack by the mobs of an Anchor that was by the city of Aughendale. The personal plot that just happens to be next to the landing pad has had the Tavernkeeper killed twice now. The bonus was brought back the first time without a patch, the property owner filed a ticket and the Tavern was brought up to use by all on the Order shard. We are now told that this problem can not be fixed without a patch.

We have been without the bonus from this tavern for over a month now.

All I am asking for is the bonus to be brought back to this Tavern until the final fix goes through with the upcoming patch.

I believe this was mentioned in the ticket, but here it is again. This update requires a delta (database fix) so until that is patched to Blight and then to live Order is stuck I am afraid.
