Lairshaping Mastery

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with the lairshaping mastery (part 5).
I have done the quests before and now I am supposed to create 18 primal essences of mergence but I deleted the formula that I got from the trainer by accident and he wont give it to me again, nor can I buy it from him.
Will I have to do the quest all over again or is there a different way I could get it?

Can try writing a ticket to the devs and ask them to give it to you. But that may take time, if they even agree to do it in the first place.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking too, but I thought maybe there's an easier and quicker way, seems not :/
