    Default after all this years...

    Left work earlier today because
we have a nice, big, new plot- and lots of planning and work to do.
Exciting. I love to work on a new plot.

So I log in-get me a coffee.. oh login does not work.. I try again
    (no glasses on)
I go back to the kitchen and get me some cookies.
.oh? client probs again? Lets give it another try.
(puts on glasses to see whats written there).

    good morning Lov.. its Tuesday
YOU told me to play a dragon!

You know, I really wish some MMO developers would realize that nearly every stinking MMORPG on the market does Maint during Tuesday and it would be REALLY nice if one would do it Monday morning instead of Tuesday, for that specific reason.

While 1 MMORPG is down, another might be up; it'd give us more reason to log on for something else to do. They "claim" Tuesdays are "the slowest days", but yet what about the thousands of people whose only day off happens to be Tuesday (yaknow, like me?) and... oh lookie, nearly every single MMO I can think of is offline on Tuesday. Yaaay! /sarcasm

That is the one and only thing I think EI had right, though it makes me shudder to even admit that -- THEY moved it to Wednesday. I would have rather had it on Monday, but meh. At least it wasn't yet another MMO going down on Tuesdays.

Vi should try to lessen the time needed to do the weekly maintenance.

And btw, WoW EU weekly maintenance is during Wednesdays

    Meh.

That'd be nice... if I lived in Europe.

    lol.

I suppose with me recently re-subbing FFXI, once I get "into" the game, I'll finally have something to do on Tuesdays. Oh, and... this shows the powerful effect Tuesdays have.

Last night, during Primetime (8-ish PM EST), in FFXI, I did a /sea all. ~1100 people simultaneously logged on.

    This morning... ~2200. At 9:30am.

Since everyone does maint on Tuesday's it BECOMES the slowest day. Kind of a self fulfilling prophecy.

I tried to purchase a plot, 130 by 130. No luck. Salavie! I too hate maint days period.
