Password or Username not found

I have a bug, I try to log in to my account but it writes an error called Password or username not found, and I can't login. My friend sometimes has the same problem but she can login in mostly of the time, so she decided to change password, BUT she couldn't login to the website.

Please help us ;.; It's very annoying
