We are in the beginning stages of investigating the problems with Order. It appears to be a pretty serious problem so expect the shard to be down for most of the day.

We have tracked down this mornings problem to a hardware failure on some networking equipment and we're working to get it replaced and have Order back up and running, however we still expect this to take some time and do not anticipate Order being back online before this evening.

Finally... some success... Order is starting up now and should be back online around 11:00 PM PDT.
