Is the Armourer class not supposed to get 10 points per lv in armourcraft? I started working Armourer on my ranger the other day and its looking like he's only gettin 9 points per lv. lv21 Armourer with 190 base skill.

You get 10 per level, but you don't gain any retroactively. That is, Armorer gains 0 per level from levels 1 to 10.
