I took the time to read this this morning, as I thought it strange that I still could not get into the game after several attempts.

Good day all, I have a problem, when I try to login in the game I receive that messsage:

Error ID 57
The login process was unsuccessful because of an internal communication problem between the authentication sever and the accounts database. Please wait a few minutes and try logging in again

Whi I receive that message and what I can do?

In the USA is 2:15 of morning in west coast, but theoretically they have a shifts

But it never happened to me, so it doesn't matter that the devs are asleep, the server should be up.

Just woke and saw this thread (plus the other two) and numerous support tickets on this.

I've made our system admin aware of this issue... but no, we don't have "shifts", especially not on the weekend. So I can't give you an ETA of when the game will be back, and will have to leave for church soon, so you might get your game back while I'm away... but I will do my best to keep you up to date.

Different error so looks like a possible server reboot. Should not be long now...or the login server just went down with all the attempts.
