Name changes?

Got a few questions regarding this subject! :}

Okay, first off, my launcher says I have "1/2 Name change tokens"...? What's that mean? I don't remember buying any lately, in fact I know I haven't. I heard it's a bug? And if so, why 1/2?

Second off, if you do go through with an actual name change, get an actual token and tell the devs you want the name changed - how do you do the change in itself? I don't see any "Rename" button on the launcher anymore, and no idea how you do it otherwise. I'm curious, since I intend to do a name change for one of my char's last names some time...Help would be greatly appreciated!

That`s a loyalty token for being a loyal player.
Though I`m not sure how they work myself. XD

I really doubt they put in the loyalty tokens yet, seeing as -that- system is broken/unfinished to boot.

name change tokens are just shown on your account for information, the way you go through a name change is through tickets as far as I know.

Nhn, I know that. You send a ticket, ask for a name change and they mark said character as "name violating" or something so you can change it. But you used to do it manually from the launcher and I can't see the option anymore...
