dragon ability quests.. no longer 1 at a time?

i got my new hatchilng dragon to 20 today and discovered you can get as many quests as i wanted, even though gerix insisted the tradition is 1 at a time (which it has always been). is this a bug? or was something changed once you hit level 20+?

i see now that there are a few you can't get... breath accuracy and drain strike.

Those come at level 25.

It was changed some time back, that you could pick up most ability quests as long as you meet the lvl req. Generally you cannot pick up more than one from a single trainer, and sometimes, if an NPC is involved in a quest you have active, they may not offer their quests.

EDIT: I think it was back in about 2010 that the quest system had a do-over.

um.. ok. i'm sure a lot of people prefer this, and i admit it's more convenient. i really don't care either way, but it just seems odd that gerix still insists on doing it that way and talks about how it's tradition... yet that tradition ends once you hit level 20.

it's true that quests used to be in the "1 at a time system", however, it has been switched around plenty of times, but yeah, nowadays you can just get them all.
