Conjuror summon flame elements issue

I can't seem to use any of the new flame elements as fuel for my fire based conj skills (Infix Fury, Phoenix shield, etc.)

Combat log stats something along the lines of "requires flame element to use" so I'm thinking the abilities are still checking for the old flame element buff.

Ice elements is still the old version, and all conj skills that use it are working as usual.
