Login issues (connection reset)?

Is anyone else having any issues logging in today?

The launcher seems to sit on the login screen and the login button is greyed out. After a few minutes I get a "connection reset" error window. The login button is then 'clickable' but after clicking it and waiting a few more minutes I get a "Cannot connect to server" error.

EDIT: Cannot seem to access support website either, so cannot submit a ticket. While it's unfortunate I won't get on tonight, I hope someone in the loop will see this and get it sorted for the rest of the world

I know no one likes to give time frames so people aren't disappointed if time frame isn't met. I am not looking for a time frame but a rough idea of the size of the problem. I am free today because we are snowed in with another blizzard. Should I find something to do for an hour, several hours or whole the day.

same problem here I get serve returned http response code :400 for URL: http://Patch.istaria.com/launcher/launcher.txt and I cant log ito support also.

I am now getting the same response code, where as earlier it would just time out, Lillyjo...Maybe they are working on it now *smiles* They are busy folks and I know they do their best to keep us up and running

I know you've all been waiting for an update of some kind, and I really wish I had one to give you. But the honest answer is that I don't. No one does beyond "it is being worked on".

We're all frustrated here at our end, believe me. And if I had something more I could tell you, I would. But as it stands right now, no one can say if a miracle might happen and it will be fixed before I even finish typing, or if we're down for much longer.

What I can say is that I'll do my best to update when I know more...
