Using Play on Mac and crashing before I can create a character.

So I start up PlayOnMac and I can sign in with Wine and XQuartz. Once I sign in I come to the server sign-in page. A pop-up shows up telling me that they are collecting system specs to better configure Istaria graphics.

OK, that's cool, whatever helps.

There are three buttons after that "View Specs", "Never Ask Again", and "Remind Me in 1 Month". No matter which button I hit, PlayOnMac just crashes (would be a CTD if I weren't using an emulator).

Anyone have a solution for me? I'll even try another emulator.

Please don't troll me with anti-Mac statements as I won't reward you with a response.

I hope to hear from someone fairly soon, I'd love to play Horizons/Istaria again and I was excited about the wine support, but the one walkthrough is a year out of date and unworkable as a solution.
