Dragon Crafter's Blessing

This has wrong skill amounts and sorting incorrectly.

Sorts as tier 2 tech, if you click tier 3 it hides it.
Only buffs skills by +6 each, should be +9 for tier 3.

So maybe this is a tier 2 one with incorrect name, or it is tier 3 with incorrect skill amounts. Uses aquamarine and granite as comps, which are tier 3. So I think the skill amounts are wrong.

The +6 is correct for a blessing. Only Miner's Blessing gives +9, which it does because it only affects two skills instead of three.

You are correct, I thought they had all changed to +9, remembered reading that someplace.

I think the only bug it has is it sorts as tier 2.
