Missing Confectioner forms?

I was looking for Confectioner forms in which I can earn the chef title, and making something for personal preference. I have noticed that two herbs formula where missing and I googled several times where to find these forms and the same answer always refers to Julie in dalimond. I checked with Julie and doesnt offer the forms nor any quest for them and my confectioner skill is at 100. Am I missing a quest that opens her quests so i can get the forms or has it been taken out.

I was looking for two forms: Rubbed Rosemary, and Dried Bay Leaves

Gather some Rosemary and bring it to Julie.

For Rosemary and Bay Leaves, as well as a number of other confectioner resources, the quests are secret. You have to actually gather the resource and bring it to the trainer before they will offer you a quest for the formula.

Don't forget that you also have to have confectioner as your active craft class.
