Which shard? Is there a building covering the block? That happens sometimes.

Try clearing your world cache, see if that helps.

This is Chaos shard.
The are no buildings on this or any nearby plot.
I really think the stone is missing

This has been fixed for next update. The plot marker is technically there, but fell below the ground.
