There is nobody in front of computers looking for our server, GN is just running the thing grabbing cash and let us rot with endless hours of downtime.
I wonder how many employees GN uses for Horizons would be very fun to know but i am quite sure the office isn't overcrowded seeing the feedback.
It takes AGES to get answers or even excuses for what is happening, if they are trying to get people out go for it GN you are heading the good way.
GN is like a phantom company lol ( for Hz at least ).
crap crap crap go hire some distance technicians in Russia or Pakistan or wherever hiring is cheap but make the damned game run fine and make us feel taht we do actually pay to have some ppl working for us

the first days of GN for HZ has been great!

they had several WM´s

but then they owned no money and kicked all WM´s before they could do anything ingame

and now no workers at GN only 1 guy clicking reset on maintance days and 1 for posting news at the login page (but i think this guy is very busy somewhere else *g*)

Hehe I almost didnt subscribe at all when I realised who was running it as Im in same position as you. However I did and really enjoyed it. However Im beginning to regret it as Im hooked into a game with support that seems to live up to my previous (albeit 3 years ago) experience.

Theres only one thing I can do, and have done .... cancell my subscription. Ive got a few months left on it and will continue to play, for the moment, but Im not promising them any more money. You are not in autobilling anymore. You are not in autobilling anymore.

I do agree wit u Ishar but i really don't know if GN even watch this forum.... I'd really like to know if they even care about this forum......

havent canceled my autobilling - didnt need to either

they kicked me out of it for inexplicable reasons for which they apologised several times (something new for me from them eheh) nothing was wrong on my side, but it does facilitate my exit if need be...

Who knows if GN even still gets payed by AE?
Maybe they didn't get money from them for months and start to lose hope too and ask themselves why they should care?

GN dont get money from AE

GN pays AE to get the software and the right to offer us HZ in Europe

GN gets the money for our subscription and pays a fee to AE

so i dont understand that they arent active to keep us staying
