Tulga games is such a renowned company that they should notice this .
seems it's just a build up company to continue running things as they are but without the debts of before. Same ppl in same place doing same thing under different name

Surely GN and AE drew up an original contract of what AE expectedof GN to run Horizons in Europe?

Mind one company is in America and the other is in Italy so it's not like they can pop into each others office to point out that the contract is not being fullfilled.
