For me it looks like the loading screen got disabled, whenever I recall or teleport I don't see the loading screen anymore.

Heya, there is a loading screen. But at my (fast) system I just examine, for miliseconds, an image in the middle and some text below. As soon as it popped up the screen is reset to the world view again.
