Screen Flickering(with video) Epilepsy warning!!

So, basically whenever you go to the planning tab and then try to add a structure the screen will start flickering until you exit the the window. Afterward, it leaves a 3-7 seconds interval of flickering until you reload the game.
Before you ask:
1) Relogging fixes the flickering but the problem still persists if you go to add a structure again.
2) It only affects the Istaria screen, and not any other open windows.
3) It's unclear to me, if this only affects me or the whole community or if this problem persists only to dragon lairs or bipedal plots too.

I've never seen this bug, granted my lair work was done quite a while ago so I can't say if it affects lairs or not. I can however say that I haven't seen this on my biped's plot, which I moved very recently.

I haven't experienced this myself but someone else in my guild was complaining about this problem on chaos server yesterday.

May be an issue with video card/your hardware.

I've never seen nor heard of this issue until now but if few are experiencing it i would assume something to do with that.

Alternatively, may be a bug with newer constructions? Most recent plot i've done was half a year ago, so I wouldn't know if anything recent may cause it.

A fix for this issue was patched to Blight 2015-MAY-18 in the evening. Sorry for the Istarian flash.
