Can't activate...

For some reason I am unable to activate the machines for my Journeyman Tinkerer Shop or the vault keeper on my Vault - Small. I have reclogged several times and performed a clear world cache to no avail.

Remedies would be appreciated (Was a brand new, fresh install as of 2 evenings ago)

Check the main chat tab to see if it is giving an error messages, such as you are too far away. You might need to open the plot window, leave it open, then stand close to the building, before hitting the activate button.

Unless someone else can think of something, then it could be glitched, which you'd need to send in a support ticket to http://support.istaria.com . Be sure to include the shard you're on and the location of the machines in question.
