I concur - or at the very least, make some available on the loyalty vendor - maybe five seeds/bulbs for a token or something if putting out the spring/summer festival is undoable.

I thought all festivals were currently running, but see the Spring festival NPC's, in New Koraelia, are missing.

Devs will have them make an appearance after next Tuesday's maintenance and Spring festival will be available.

Also want to add that for the time being, all festivals (Spring, Winter, Fall, Summer) will all run concurrently all year long. They won't be turned on and off at different times of year, any more. This will let players have access to the special rewards all year long and not penalize players who aren't playing the game during current season.
