Istaria Game Internet Connection Question

If this does not go here, please move it to the correct location for I have no idea where to post this. T_T

I'm using my phone's hot spot to connect to the game and after my initial data package runs out, I will be throttled to 128 kbps.

Can Istaria still run with this connection speed?

Maybe to chat, sitting idle. I wouldn't try hunting at that speed (ISDN). Requirements are DSL/Cable modem. 128k I think you'd have too much lag fighting mobs. But I welcome to be proved wrong, am curious.

I guess when I get throttled, I'll let you know. XD
I would like to think it does seeing how this is an older game. 128 kbps is equivalent to dial up. (Yuck!)

Unless things have changed drastically, this game is playable at dialup speeds.

You just have to be patient and not expect the game to be totally responsive, it is not bad.

I did my first couple years of this game at those speeds with no real issues even up to raising a few ancients during those times

Thank you very much! Makes me feel a bit better about being able to play the game even on throttled data speeds.
