Lets see, if Order took approx. 16 hours and 18 minutes then Chaos should be up and running hmm I'll make my educated (using old math) guess to be 4:45pm today. Allowing a 12 minute catnap after finishing Order and starting on Chaos. 3 minutes faster then Order, being an optimist for a change.

My guess is since it took 16 hrs 18 min to get Order up, it'll take 29 hours 21 minutes for Chaos to come back online.
