Moving items from vault to inventory/disk/pet...

Not sure this is a bug or not. When you move items from storage (silo/house/shop storage) to your inventory/disk/pet and you attempt to move more then those can hold, what they can hold gets moved.

From vault if you try to move more then inventory/disk/pet can hold and none of what your moving is already there nothing gets moved, you have to split off a smaller number that can be held and then move.

If this isn't a bug, could we get it changed so vault items act same as items in silos/houses/shop storage when attempting to move more then can hold?

Also unloading from vault to silo moves as much as silo can hold which is correct.

I've always gotten around it by having a number of small stacks, lets say 100 mithril bars each, along side the big pile of thousands.

Drop the 100 in the cargo disk first, then just drag from the big pile into the disk, it fills up.

I agree it is a bit annoying but once you get to max craft level, know your cargo disks capacity, do enough crafting and you just know how many to move at a time into the disk. If they can change its behavior it wouldn't hurt anything, but if they can't it's no biggie.

In December I put up ticket 22234 and this was one of the issues. Most of the other issues with the inventory from that ticket have been fixed now, so I still hope that this will also get changed in the near future. At least I didn't get a negative feedback.

Oh my god this would have come in handy sooo many times....

The work-around guaran suggested i've always hated because i'm still sensitive about clicking my mousepads buttons over from the old laptop....which had broken mousepad buttons form excessive use (not fun to click something 3-8 times before it works!...but that's just a personal complaint. :P)

I would absolutely love to get this in, would help a tonne when mass crafting items.

+1 ! It's really annoying to have to split a stack before being able to move more to disk/inv/pet so would be really nice to have the same than for shop storage / silos

I have to agree its not only annoying to have to split stacks from vault, but slows down crafting etc.
