Win-10 issue or bug?

I am having a problem with getting and turning in quests.
When I great an NPC that gives out quests I can only get the first part of any information then when I click on them again I get nothing.
If I then clear world cache I am able to get the next part of the information.
I then have to clear world cache again in order to turn in the quest.

When doing multiple quests I have to clear world cache for each NPC or even the same NPC.

Anyone have this problem?

One thing to check is to make sure you have "tell" chat channel checked in one of your chat tabs, (I don't think it matters what tab). NPCs use the "tell" chat channel to chat with you and if you don't have it checked in at least one chat tab/window you will only get one chat from a NPC. I have seen this before. It happens when someone clicks "cancel" to get out of a chat settings, which deletes the chat window and they have to setup their chat window again. Never click "Cancel" to get out of chat settings, use the X up top to do that.

Clearing world cache would have nothing to do with quests. I think it's simply the fact that you're logging in and out again.

This does ring a bell of a player who described this not long ago who had an old copy of the the Chat Mod (20 tabs).

Please see if you have any files called UIChatWindow.def or UICoreControls.def in your resources_override folder.

I do not have any chat mod's or the "UIChatWindow.def or UICoreControls.def" files.
Will look to see if the "Tell" box is checked in one of my windows when I can get back online.
Also will check for other issues mentioned and see what I can find.
