    • Niesa’s Bonds (Part 2) will drop more than one Slave-Bonds during quest.
    • Preeminent Acclaim (Tech Kit) will now properly stun target when using Spells.
    • A large assortment of quests accros multiple tiers have had errors in their text fixed. (Thanks to everyone who reported them)
    • Slave-Bonds are now stackable.
    • The Harbinger epic weapon gives +70 Crossbow skill instead of +70 Bow skill.
    • Primal Rage crystal (augmentation) now properly triggers with Spells instead of Melee or Specials (Abilities).
    • Lightning Breath debuff is now known as Electrified

new gathering animation for dragons doesn't seem to work, tried it on mushrooms (istarian fungus), fiber (kenaf) and flowers (goldenbloom), it just uses the normal diggy-dig.

No mention of Containers (Sacks and/or Satchels) being tintable using dyes at item creation, as is possible with Weapons and Tools. Does this Delta include such change? If not will it be covered in a future Delta?

The only dye tech I'm aware of is Armor Dye. Can you give an example of a Tool or Weapon that can be dyed in Item creation? The sacks and satchels can't be dyed with armor dye.

Checked and the Master Fabric Sack formula doesn't allow application of a dye at creation.

For context please refer to this thread: http://community.istaria.com/forum/s...chels-tintable

Satchels to accept the Chroma based Weapon and Tool Dye Kits. The Alchemical dyes can be used to tint weapons and tools at item creation - provided the crafter has scribed the dye technique of the color desired. For Weapons and Tools 2 dyes are needed for the item creation. For Armoir a single dye is needed - again the dye technique for the desired color must be scribed in order to see the dye listed in the available techs for shown in the item creation screen. Note the alchemical dyes are referred to as Armor dyes but same dyes are used for armor and weapons and tools.

Thus it would seem that Satchels could join the items for which the same dyes could be utilized.

Hopefully matters may now be clearer.

In the above I got a bit "looped out".

Kion Quartermaaster Marcus sells Armor and Scale Dye Techniques in 24 colors. He also sells Weapon and Tool Dye Techniquis in 23 colors.

The Techniques must be scribed in order for them to respectively appear as available techniques in item creation screens for either Armor and Scale items or Weapon and Tool items. The dyes do not use an item tech slot and good practice would suggest any dye be the first technique selected for the item to be created.

I was so focused on Armor Dye techs and Weapon Dye kits that I forgot there are Weapon Dye techs from Marcus. That's what I was missing while testing.

Devs said we can add dyes (during item creation) to both sacks and satchels. This is now added for Delta 286.
