The Primal Rage crystal [resolved]

I'd been very disappointed with The Primal Rage not proc'ing like it used to and on a recent epic hunt was delighted to see the buff pop up in my buff window. Later when solo hunting it was awol again. So I started experimenting while tech hunting t4 winter werewolves.

It does not go off for me with any bolt cast. It does however proc fairly well with melee auto attack and specials. Which explains why I saw the buff on epic hunt as I fight hybrid then.

Somehow the trigger for proc has changed from spell to melee. Help?

The devs got this fixed.

This was an improper copy of Fangs of Fury. The event of Fangs of Fury can only work on melee attacks (hence why Primal Rage only works on melee attacks).

Old & Improper Event: Install_GiveAttackerAug_Kicker (Install)

Changed to: AttackMod_GetAugmentation (OnAttack)

Now we can configure proper constraints. Set to true: bMelee, bRanged, bSpell.

Tested after update: Primal Rage now works with Bolts, Spells only; no longer works on Auto-Attacks nor Specials (Abilities).

Omg thanks alot O_o. I always wondered why it was only on melee attacks for a spellcaster...
If i knew this is a bug i would have reported it right away -_-
