This formula I suspect has a missing entry, and a wrong quantity for the essence, on all 4 items it can craft.

Typical damage crystal needs at optimal:
1 shard of emotion
2 focused azulyte
2 essence orbs

The Crystal of Bone, Crystal of Blood, Crystal of Mind, Crystal of Heart, need:

1 shard of emptiness (This is the normal amount)
2 essences, the rare loot off of the Guardians. Suspect this should be 1. It's shown in the list in the place where the azulyte usually goes that requires 2.
It is missing the 2 focused azulyte the typical crystals have.
2 Radiant Orbs (This is the normal amount)

I suspect there should be only 1 essence required, and 2 focused azulyte added.

2 essences, the rare loot off of the Guardians.

Rare loot? Don't you get multiple per kill of the Guardians? I'm also pretty sure they're going to be 'constant spawn' soon as well, so it won't be too much of an issue.

Though I personally would prefer it to be 1 essence per crystal at optimum, myself. Don't know if it's actually unintended to have 2, though.

You get 2-5 per kill if I'm not mistaken, I did a rift run recently where I got about 7-8-ish essences for 2 guardian kills.
