Why do some looted Blight items have option to decon and others don't. These are newly looted items so reason isn't one or the other is a carryover from old items.
Not type of item related either, I've found some scales deconnable and others not.

Only items that have a formula associated with them can be deconstructed (the system has to know what resources went into them in order to know what can be gained when you tear them apart). Many blighted items don't have formulas and its never been high enough on the priority list to work on (cause there are a LOT of them that need the work and formulas are one of the slowest things to work with).

thx was caught my eye and was curious
Every time i come across a new form i have to delete something to scribe it so yeah no need for low priority forms.
Still trying to figure out what else i can delete to get the lower tiered techs don't have scribed.
Amon, does the formula need to be scribed to be able to decon them? Or just exist?
