For support ticket and account inaccessibility
I am posting this in case there is anyone else having a similar problem. I apologize to the support staff that I am unable to respond to your latest reply via email notification about one of my tickets.
I no longer have access to my account management or my tickets. I realized this when I tried to log in to the support site. I got the new account page. If I push the support button on the launcher for the game it sends me to the accounts page. If I press the account management button it sends me to the account page.
I tried to access tickets through google, it sent me to the account page.
The account page will NOT take my prior password or user name, that I have been using for months without difficulty. So I pressed the button to reset my password as I got a user name with a capital that did not occur with my support ticket access. I used the new user name. Along with a temp pass word good for 36 hours. So I tried again. Once again I got the same message error in user name or password.
I also noticed starting last nite that I cannot log into the launcher with a 1st attempt as I get the message that the user name or password was not recognized but on the 2nd attempt it takes my user name and password. I got this problem as well more than once.
At this time I can access the game I attempt two times or more. I can access the boards with its separate account name and password. I canNOT access account management or tickets as the account page does not recognize me.
Under the old system you could write a ticket and not log into your account to be able to address a problem like this. This is no longer doable as far as I can ascertain.

Thus it is currently not possible to submit a support ticket without logging into an account (particularly important in case an account accessibility is for whatever reason not working).
I hope to take care of this soon as I need access to my account management and to be able to see the tickets. I REALLY appreciate the time spent on my behalf
