Debuffs taking effect when attack Blocked/Parried

I have noticed every single creature I faced, when I either block or parry a speical attack weather it a golems avalanche of ore, a orges "orge song" to a sand crabs (sandstorm attack or dizzing bite) I still get the respective debuff as if the attack actually hit this is getting to be very irritating when block and parry still allow a special attacks debuff to hit more so when the debuff are not dispellable like root spelleffect or the sand crabs -75% chance to hit due to the blinded by sand effect from a blocked sandstome special attack

The issue affects your attacks on monsters too so it balances out. So at least it's fair until it gets fixed.
