    Default Frig not offering dragon-based quests???

    I had cause to try to obtain some rank tokens for an alt I am bringing up, so went to Frig Tallowgar, at the Imperial Outpost, to do some crafting quests and earn a few...but he wouldn't offer me any. I logged my biped, Mralti, on, and did the same, and Frig DID offer Mralti some biped-based quests.

    So my question is - are the dragon-based quests removed, by design...or are they borkened?

    EDIT: Solved my own issue - evidently you need to be active in lairshaping school, to get dragon-based quest. Nothing to see here...move along.
