New Trismus has received an overhaul to reflect our new form of storytelling and better introduce new players into the game.

    World
    • The destroyed old town of New Trismus is now known as the New Trismus Square and has buildings that can be repaired with basic processed resources (sandstone bricks, etc).
      • All buildings in the square have five stages of destruction. As the square grows more destroyed, the Blight creeps in further
      • The Town Square takes damage every week during maintenance. To keep it from being overrun, Gifted must contribute resources
      • The Town Square’s buildings have been changed from the old thatch roof style to a new version that matches the town itself. The models, however, remain the same
      • The destroyed shrine has been repaired, will not be damaged, and is now the only New Trismus Shrine
      • The previously shoddy palisade has been replaced by a world project stone gate. (This will not take weekly damage.)
    • The greater Town of New Trismus has received a few visual and organisational changes
      • The landing pad now has a bit more room around it
      • The General Store has been moved to where the Tavern once was. The Tavern replaces an empty house across from the previous store location
      • The Dining Hall has been moved into a more accessible location and is now known as the Diner
      • A new gate has been added to cut through the northern mountains to facilitate easy travel during the story
      • A shortcut to the ore refinery region has been added next to Kerian’s crafting lair

      • The frontline has been moved forward and away from the town square, towards a bottleneck point further down the road
      • The Aegis end of the frontline now contains various ruined buildings
      • The Deadlands now has a direct entrance behind the Blight anchor, allowing easy passage
      • The Deadlands have been expanded greatly towards the east. The northern and southern tips of the island have been unblighted as the Aegis concentrate their power in the well-fortified northern mountains
    • The map has been updated to include more labels and terms for points of interest and geography to help with navigation
      • The large mountain is now known as Trueheart Rise
      • The frontline is referred to as the Rotting Reach
      • The southeastern beach is called the Southern Shore
      • The Lookout Camp and Cliffside Camp have been labelled
      • The northern tip of the island is now called Pure Point

    Quests
    • Kerian’s crafting quests have been given a quality pass
      • They now have level requirements from four to eight and can be done at the level given. They should also provide enough experience for you to reach the subsequent level
      • They no longer require you to fight monsters to obtain components and instead give them to you directly

    • Sergeant Gaedin trains his warriors in the space previously occupied by Elden’s farm, directly outside of the square. Elden has moved his farm further down the road
    • Trainers will now warn you if you have skipped Spirit Isle and advise you to return, but will no longer prevent you from joining a school

I have noticed many plots and lairs are condemned on Order. Some of these plots have been condemned for a long time. Will any of these plots ever be returned? I noticed you are upgrading Genevia. Are any other areas like Scorpion Island/Fabric Island or Shepherds Island going to be upgraded? I looked for a large plot after coming back in July and was unable to find any above 100 X 100. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you. Slimey on Order

    Hey Slimey,

You are right that Scorpion Island and some other regions are planned to be updated. I do not know the exact ETA, but condemned plots in these regions are intended to be updated at a future date.

    Stay tuned!
