I am selling Driesahn's plot at the NE corner of Aiya by the obsidian for 3 gold, All the shops (woodworking, blacksmith, stone shop, scholar shop, and confectioner) are expert, not leaving the game just cutting back on a sub or two. I could just tear it down but I built it there for everyone's convenience, would like to see it stay.
