Temporary service outage

We are currently experiencing a temporary service outage due to a problem with our database server - we can confirm there is no risk of issue with player accounts, but it is not possible to login to the launcher or game shards at this time and trying to do so will show an erroneous "username or password not found".

We're working on getting things back up and running as quickly as possible and thank everyone for their patience!

Shards are now back online after tracking down the root cause and implementing a fix. DoubleXP will be extended until August 6, as we know many players missed an opportunity to play over the weekend. We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience while we worked as fast as possible. As you can imagine, it's a very high stress time and being able to focus on a solution helped us track down the root issue quickly.
