name issue

Hi, all I just came back to game a short while ago. With the server merge, my toons are tagged with their old shard names. I tried to change name on web , but the drop down box doesnt show my toons names at all. What can I do?

Hm I have't heard of anyone having that problem, perhaps someone else has, untill then I would definately write into http://support.istaria.com they are pretty quick about name resolutions when it comes to changing your name due to the merge.

Had the same problem, curious if works for anyone ? I will try the suppor option but figured the online method would be better to try through my list of names if needed...
