Hmm ok i`m not yet really used to the whole forum here. Where do i have to look for incomming new stuff that developers might plan and updates to the game itself? Obviously this wasnt on the news page. Or i didn`t read correct XD. Just like the new blight update with the emblem for dragons n stuff. I heared it from Kaigara only but i cant use her as my newspaper XD. Any help?

I think you mean the coloured underwing? If so, it is a mod made by Racktor called something like coloured underwing or something like that. It is a mod I merged with the armor mod and looks like that.
