Hmmm ya know with all that green in that picture I am not sure if it be a Zombie Draggy or an Ebel Draggy.

It does bear a strange resemblance to Ebel! [;)]

<methinks that statement may get this ol Dwarf eaten.....[:O]>

    However nice one!

Aye, 'tis a Poser dragon.... it's not made from a human figure it's the Millennium Dragon from DAZ (Digital Art Zone), the skin on him is Rawnrr's DraGhost, you canfind 'em both at http://store.daz3d.com . Poser is a blast! I hear Poser 6 is out now but buggy as all get-out... I think I'll hold off on that one for at least a year. [;)]

Have fun with Poser and can't wait to see what you do with it, only took me about a year or so to learnup to where I'm atand I'm not the fastest learner, hehe... many of my friends have done some really amazing stuff straight out of the gate.

Poser 6 has one really major bug, and it's about bloody fatal:

Every so often, it locks up and tells you you're out of memory and that you should save your work, then free up or allocate more memory. If you DO save your work, you wind up with a zero-byte file where your scene used to be. [8o|][:'(]

When it works, it's really very nice and a lot faster that P4 or P5 if you reuse your shadow mapping when doing draft renders.

At least I wasn't too far along with my Niatha Moraven portrait...Save early, save often, save with incremental file names.

Ithink i'll have more hopes as an all out illustrator, and i also don't want to waste time on another type of art anymore. I'm only 21 and plan on being a teacher until i'm at a professional level. I think by the time i hit 30 i will be able to compare to others in the business, and if i never do compare i'll be happy as a teacher sincei already know i like it.

I like planning things out, so even if the teaching thing doesn't work out i've already got my coast guard careeron a watch list.

It looks to me like you are already professional level. I've gotten work and my sketches aren't nearly that detailed, lol.... anyway focus on one thing until you've got it down or learn as many media as you can, either way is good. [H]

Thanks!! I like the poses and expressions you made, especially those wing poses. [Y]

I can't afford photoshop... I have photo deluxe, lol.... I did use it to do some minor highlighting here and there and to blur the edges slightly so it doesn't look as pixely as Poser likes to make things. [:)]
