There is currenlty an Expert Blacksmith shop built somewhere on Shepard's Mountain, Order.
Our guild also has plans for a VI PB, which are progressing quite nicely (at around 50% done atm).

There's an expert Blacksmith Shop in Blizzard's Reach (I think that's the settlement) just southeast of Mahagra on Order.

On Chaos, I know Bhalzamon has a T6 guild house at about 50%. I am sure he'd appreciate any help on it though to finish it.[;)]
