with a complete Teir 2 Guildhouse, as well as some nice decorations ie fountain, trees, rocks. Also has a completed Teir 1 House [no biggy]. It's right next to a plot with completed beginner shops, such as a scholar, stoneworking, blacksmith and alchemist shops. Hoping for around the 400s mark
