Fps Counter?

I have noticed in some screenshots that many have an fps counter open.
I cant seem to find that option in my gane.
Can anyone guide me in what to do.
Does it have anything to do with the fact that the copy of my game came from the u.s. but i am playing in the europe shard unity.

or
/window lagwindow
in the chat and it'll open you a window with fps counter
