Sand and Wells

In an effort to improve the standard of living in Istaria, The Empire has begun a well and sandpile construction project for existing player communities. If you are a member of a community that does not currently have a sandpile or a well and would like one, please post in this thread with the following:

Please do not use this thread for other suggestions such as Travel Gates, Shrines, Lamp postsor Pads. Future Empire construction efforts will address those concerns.

Ok, I'm back!

The name of our community is Carmo and it is on the Order shard.

We desperately need a well and we would like to have it at: 23763/14610

Could our sandpile be moved to those coord. too?

And could Tavu's sandpile be moved off the road? It a very bothersome to be caught by that when trying to run from Tavu's gate to Carmo. And since we are busy building in Carmo it happens often. All it needs is to be moved over a little, like to 23356/14370.

Carmo now (on Genesis, which will move to Blight and then to all Live shards) has a well and another sand pile. I'll check back on this thread periodically.

I know Nong on Order has a well right across the street from the guildplot. I'll have to check around the island to see about sand. I don't recall seeing a pile anywhere, but I also will admit to not looking for it, either.

Try looking down by the your coastline, but more up towards the bridge to Pangia. That's where I remember seeing one on Chaos when I was comparing our two shards a couple of weeks ago. [:)]

This is great news, I was considering picking up an account just to buy one of the Cedar Cove plots to put an alchemist shop there last night, after spending 5 hours grinding glass vials, with the sand pile two ports away from the casting box I was using.

I don't have coordinates, but i'll get them tonight.

The guild island with Pangai on it, as well as two other guild towns, has a nicely located well between the three towns, but no sand pile that I've been able to find. A sand pile would probably fit right between the well and the hill next to the well.

EDIT: found the sand pile.

Hi kengar!

Check along the southern coastline of Pangia for a sandpile. That's where my memory places one I saw on Chaos a couple of weeks ago. Toku had one along their coastline and so did Jambi.
