Anyone know how to link Abilities to Chat channels ?

I have seen someone link the ability Despirit Foes to the Market channel, and I am interested to find out how.

ownerID is our biot ID. get it with /si or /prinpos on self
item ID is the ID of item/ability. open horizons/pref/shard_yourname/UIHotkeys.def to get the IDs of your abilitys.
text is what is shown as underlined at chat ingame

Whole command only works from hotkeys or alias. not if typed directly into chat.
Best write it at notepad and copy/paste it into a hotkey then.
